Buchanan church petition
AS PART of a reorganisation programme Church of Scotland has deemed Buchanan and Fintry churches unfit for purpose or meeting the needs of the congregation.
As a result these churches are scheduled to be closed by the end of the year.
Some ELLCT members were able to attend a meeting yesterday (Sunday 17 July) to make their views know, but for those unable to go along, you can sign an *online petition to keep Buchanan church here.
Regardless of whether or not you are a regular church-goer or you religious views, Buchanan church plays a vital role in the well-being of the community,
* Note: the petition is free to sign – after ‘signing’ scroll to the bottom of the page to skip any request for payment.
